Tender Indonesia’s value sits in years of e-magazine editions, tender tables, PDFs, and videos. Finding one project or comparing the largest tenders meant browsing issue by issue, and a generic chatbot would risk inventing numbers in a business where figures must be exact.
We built a retrieval-augmented assistant over the full archive: hybrid search tuned for Indonesian, embeddings and reranking, a deterministic lane that answers numeric tender questions straight from structured tables, grounding checks on every answer, and an admin dashboard for conversations and knowledge gaps. In the same engagement we built the Partnership Desk, an internal CRM that turns a business card into a researched outreach draft a person approves before it is sent.
Keyword search tuned for Indonesian, embeddings, and a reranker work together so each answer draws on the right edition, article, or tender row.
Questions such as the largest tenders this week are answered from parsed tender tables as cited tables, not generated text.
